Course Overview

This course clarifies the goals and methodology of a due diligence investigation and identifies the procedure post-acquisition of organizations and businesses. Due diligence can never eliminate risk completely but it will decrease the level of surprise post-acquisition. Practical advice is given on standards, strategies and techniques of due diligence and the different goals in the process of due diligence, covering business, financial and legal due diligence, and the more particular areas of investigation.
