Course Overview

Effective leadership plays a vital role in determining organizational success. Leaders activate and mobilize all the necessary resources needed to execute organizational mission. Effective leaders focus on employees’ strengths, and motivate and help them to sustain high performances. This course is designed to introduce the participants with different leadership styles that can be effective to solve the workforce problems and improve their performances. After attending the course, participants will be able to understand the characteristics of high performance leaders and methods of developing essential leadership skills.

Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.
