Course Overview

The concept of time management has been widely used over the past few years, but this term may not create an appropriate impression as one can say that time cannot be managed, what we can manage is ourselves. Therefore, it is actually self-management in which we learn to manage our time. This course is designed to facilitate the participants in a way that they can easily describe and quantify the work related stress. The course content introduces and highlights numerous personal coping strategies so that participants can handle work related stress. We will make you learn how to effectively manage personal time management problems by adopting different management techniques, and you will be able to have good control on your daily work routines and outcomes.
