Course Overview

Change Management guides us on how we should prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully create and implement changes in order to gear up organizational success and outcomes. Using highly structured and organized methodology for facilitating individuals, departments and organizations, this course helps to bring the change from the current scenario to the future one. It equips managers with methodology, tools and techniques to improve organizations’ bottom-line. First line management plays a very crucial role in times of change, as they are interfacing directly with the workers who make things happen. Research evidence suggests that employees are more comfortable talking to their immediate superiors in finding out how the envisaged changes will affect them in personal capacity. The course aims to create the necessary skill set in the frontline managers by identifying and explaining their roles during the change process and equipping them with methodology, tools and techniques that can make them effective leaders of change.
