Course Overview

The success of leadership is dependent on the ability of leaders to bounce back in difficult times and to be agile in order to seize available external opportunities, especially when the market is uncertain. It is good to have strategic plans for the success of an organization but the success depends on the ability of the team to read the market trends and to respond at the most appropriate times in order to effectively capitalize on market opportunities.

This course is designed to help you on how to achieve agile development, combining with entrepreneurial thinking and greater foresights. The content of the course will provide you the understanding about the agile behaviors of individuals and organizations. The participants will know how to read customer expectations and explore the market opportunities in an effective way. They will be able to understand how to respond towards the market with better products and services or they can take other initiatives.

  • Identify the important role in dealing with turbulent environment

  • Discuss the importance of agility as a solution to handle turbulence existing in the business environment
  • Describe the emergence of agility and resilience as main characteristics of effective leadership
  • Understand your role in effectively adapting to changes and inspiring the other members to do the same
  • Explain what is an agile model and what are its implications for the leadership
