Course Overview

This course is designed to maintain the processes of supply chain. Vigilant management is required to maintain effectiveness, get benefits from opportunities and focus on the areas that need improvement. This course gives introduction to the concepts of continuous improvements which are applicable to all the retail sectors. Moreover, it recognizes different methods through which performance of retail supply chain could be measured. It evaluates the challenges with the measurement of performance and examines the mechanism of improving performance.
