Course Overview

Finance is a core area for any organization. It talks about money which every organization is sensitive about. Understanding numbers is one of the most important area on which managers can rely for decision making. In our professional lives, however, there are people working very successfully on key positions that do not understand the financial impact of any decision in its true form. Return on investment is one of the key factors that should be considered in every decision made at any level and in any department of an organization.

In today’s efficient and complex business environments, understanding and considering numbers in a meaningful way is a core competence for any key position.
