In today's global marketplace, the roles of chief financial officers (CFOs) and FCs are evolving beyond traditional financial management. CFOs are rising rapidly in the corporate power structure, poised to stand as equals with their chief executive counterparts. Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.

Target Audience

Those who have completed Chief Accountant level or are already working as a Chief Accountant and aspiring to be a Financial Controller, should take up this course.

The participants completing this course would be able to understand the end to end process of accounting. The course would navigate him through the manual & excel based reporting process combining data from the accounting software and external records.
