Course Overview

Construction site management involves managing construction projects, such as buildings, bridges, roads or industrial facilities. Construction managers must oversee a variety of resources, including labor, equipment, materials and capital. They must also deal with numerous local and federal regulations, as well as coordinating with workers, contractors, architects, subcontractors, developers, engineers and more.

Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.
