Design Thinking

Course Overview

This course will help participants to sharpen their creativity skills and thinking expertise. They will be able to embrace creativity and shift the mindset of the organization. The culture of innovation and problem solving will ultimately influence the profits, efficiency and customer satisfaction. The course will enable the participants to adopt the design thinking expertise so that they can further deliver these skills to the other team members and keep their business at the edge of innovation.

It is necessary to bridge the gap between brainstorming and executable solutions in order to promote growth. In this course, participants will be trained about the best tools and procedures of brainstorming, visualization and other right-brained thinking with traditional left-brained analysis.

They will learn to produce systematic solutions to handle business problems and the right ways to engage the customers and solicit new ideas.

Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.
