Course Overview

The certified manager of quality/organizational excellence is a professional who is responsible for leading all the initiatives related to process improvement and has focus on variety of services and industrial settings. He/she is the one who leads the teams, facilitates the efforts, monitors customer/supplier relations, assists strategic planning and deployment issues, and enables to develop effective measurement systems.
