Course Objectives
The course will help the participants to meet the following objectives:
- Streamline your portfolio setup using formal procedures incorporated inside your organizational administration
- Analyze the key strategies and the linkage of business portfolios with project portfolios
- Expand the value of portfolio management by having familiarity with the business objectives and applying various strategies
- Define criteria for accomplishing the organization’s strategies/policies and
- Setting metrics for measuring progress
- Master portfolio administration reporting
- Understanding how to oversee resourcing demand
Course Methodology
The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.
Target Audience
Project, program and portfolio managers, members of the Project Management Office (PMO), project teams, and all other stakeholders of the projects.
