Course Overview

Balance scorecard system is widely used by different organizations in order to monitor the organizational performance and effectively align business operations with strategic goals. It mainly helps to broaden the horizon of viewing and achieving organizational goals. The balance scorecard is a performance measurement framework that is used for both the non-financial and financial performance indicators in order to provide a holistic and balanced view of organizational performance.

Course Objectives

After attending the course, participants will be able to understand the basics of balance scorecard and the rationale of using it. The participants will learn effective methodologies of developing balance scorecard based on Performance Management Theory.

Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.

The individuals who are involved in the development of balance scorecard including executives, managers, planners and analysts.
