  • Diagnosing the organization structure: How it facilitates and deters talent management?

  • Wrap up: The critical role of data (and information) in Talent Leadership

Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.
