Course Methodology

The training is going to be highly interactive combination of lectures, group discussions, questionnaires, individual reflections, role plays, simulations and videos.

There will be Pre-Assessment and Post Assessments of the participants.

This will be followed up by a one to one coaching session conducted after a month of the course to assess and address the individual gaps and needs of the participants.

04 (For Course) + 01 (For coaching) = 04 days (08:30–14:30) with appropriate breaks for tea/refreshments and lunch
